Dave Thomas O’Gorman is a Paris-born indie singer/songwriter based in Dublin.

His latest single, "The Safety of Sleep",  aptly described as a "dreamy alt-rocker" and "a great piece of songwriting" by Obscure Sound, has been featured on radio stations all over Ireland.

Dave performed his unique brand of wistful indie folk rock at the Longitude Festival in 2016, followed by an appearance with Feist at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London in 2017.  A taster single, “The Sweetest Blood” was digitally released in 2017.

Dave's official debut solo single, "I See You Through the Slideshows" was released in late 2018 to much acclaim in the indie music community:

"a musical dreamscape with a flowing melody that’s beautiful as it is catchy...This song should be a major hit" (Glenn W Love)

"I cannot begin to express how much I love this song...I also don't know why it isn't a worldwide hit. BBC2 should be playing it all the time!" (Autumn Dawn Leader)

Dave’s music has featured on radio both nationally and internationally on stations such as BBC, RTE, Newstalk FM, FM104, Dublin City FM and Near FM.

A former winner of the all-Ireland Slogadh music competition, Dave continued his musical journey with a series of solo EPs, a commercial album release under the artist name Square Revolution and with live performances all over Ireland.
